However, the staff were friendly and made checking in a breeze. I appreciated the clean linens, but the bathrooms need attention. Ours had a broken faucet, which was inconvenient. The location can't be beat, especially if you're planning to catch a show or sporting event at the nearby Bojangles Coliseum. I liked that it felt safe, with security cameras around the property. Parking also wasn't a hassle. there was plenty of space available. Despite the drawbacks, the convenient location made our trip manageable.
